Goods are subject to availability with specifications that may change. The seller reserves rights to discontinue items and return payment if out of stock.
Third-party provider Kustom (formerly Klarna Checkout) handles payments. Prices include 25% VAT within the EU, 0% outside. Customers pay import costs.
The seller chooses shipping methods; delivery times are non-binding. Limited edition products may result in order cancellation if stock is exceeded. Orders aren't processed on Swedish public holidays.
Customers have 14 days from delivery to request returns via gear@koenigsegg.com. Items must ship back within 7 days of receiving the return label. Clothing may be tested for fit but not worn. Other items must remain unopened. Customers pay return shipping unless agreed otherwise.
